Service Description

This in-depth health assessment will allow me to get a good overview of where your eating habits are at the moment. We will discuss your physical health, and emotional well-being and set your nutrition goals. How does it work? - You must keep a 5-day food diary to submit before our scheduled meeting - In the session, we will discuss your concerns, eating habits and lifestyle - We will agree and set nutritional goals - Within a few days of our meeting, I will share your tailored dietary plan which may include supplement and lifestyle recommendations. In addition, I will share relevant recipe ideas based on your new food plan. - If needed, I can provide a 5-day menu sample with a detailed breakdown of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats tailored to your needs. Please be aware that requests for additional days of menu samples will be subject to an additional charge (5 days x £25). You will also receive 15% off on supplements through The Natural Dispensary.
